Responsibilities:

1. Order Packing: Your primary responsibility will be packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. This includes selecting the appropriate products, ensuring they are securely packaged, and preparing them for shipping.

2. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of materials and perform all necessary quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.

3. Clean and Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and orderly production area, ensuring it is always in an operational state. This includes proper storage of packaging materials, tools, and equipment.

4. Flexibility and Expansion: As our company continues to grow, there may be opportunities for you to expand your skill set. This could involve learning and assisting in other areas of production, such as making wax melts and whipped soaps. We value flexibility and focus from our team members.

5. Collaborative Support: Provide support to other departments as needed to maintain optimal service levels and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

1. Warehouse and Production Experience: Previous experience and understanding of working in a warehouse and production environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with order packing processes and systems is an advantage.

2. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate order packing and maintain our quality standards.

3. Flexibility and Focus: As a flexible and focused individual, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

4. Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills are necessary to manage individual workload effectively and contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Experience

  • Experience and understanding of working in a warehouse and production environment is desirable.
  • Teamwork - experience of working in a high-energy team environment.
  • Understanding of quality systems and standard operating procedures desirable.
  • FLT License (Desirable)
