Honesty – We are sincere, fair and genuine

Integrity – We take time to listen, understand and operate with the highest levels of honesty, responsibility and trust

Passionate – We encourage and embrace new ideas whilst consistently developing our expertise

Positivity – We strive to improve our services, ourselves and most importantly want to make a difference

We currently have vacancies for Support Workers at our supported living site in Blackburn with Darwen to enable the individuals we support to access a full range of chosen activities.

Support Workers will be involved in transitioning the people we support into their new home which will involve building trust and familiarity for the people we support to ensure their transition goes as smoothly as possible. Staff will then be given the required induction, training and support to provide high quality support which shall enable the people we support to be safe, happy and flourish in their new environment.

You will also need to complete all documentation as required (including updating plans and notes), along with maintaining a friendly and professional approach even when managing complex and/or challenging behaviours demonstrated by the individual.

Previous experience of support work would be advantageous but applicants new to the sector will be considered as full training will be provided. If you share our core values, want a rewarding career then why not chose a role where you can have a positive impact on the lives of others.
