What we do
We specialise in Home Emergency claims management, fixing everyday breakdowns such as broken boilers, burst pipes and electrical failures.

Taking inbound and making outbound calls to speak with customers who require help with their home emergency (we do not cold call; all our customers are expecting our calls and happy to hear from us).
Arranging for our engineers to attend and alleviate the emergency promptly.
Ensure repairs and return appointments are progressed as quickly as possible.
As your time with us progresses, your knowledge will improve and you’ll advance to more complex claims management, relating to individual insurance policy coverage and quotation calculations.
