Method is supported by market leading technology delivers to its clients through the perfect balance of technology and personally delivered customer service. Method’s Operations team is pivotal to the service provided to the lenders, brokers and surveyors that we work with.
The role of operations assistant is central to the business and requires a strong work ethic, great personality and a desire to learn.
What you’ll do in the role
· Assisting the Operations Manager with the day to day operation of the business.
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationship with suppliers and clients.
· Use and maintain the relevant sections of the Method xi software system.
· Assist in processing and managing client instructions from start to finish
· Managing email inbox
· Answers the telephone to assist or re-directing to the relevant member of staff
· Maintain client and supplier records to ensure information held is correct, including:
· Chase suppliers for updated insurance documentations
· Report issues or problems with suppliers to Operations Manager.
· Promptly answer any questions asked by members of Method’s Senior Leadership Team

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
