We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join our team based in Silloth. Working alongside our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in the training of our team, ensuring a good level of competency is maintained and that our Health & Safety records are maintained, and standards are observed at all times. You will also offer support to the production team, as and when required. The working hours associated with the role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

· IT proficiency in MS Office Packages
· Previous experience of conducting risk assessments
· A flexible, adaptable attitude and a willingness to help others
· Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
A willingness to work toward UK Flour Millers correspondence course (7 modules in total)
