Job description
We are looking for a Sales and Operations Administrator to join our team at Grove Auto Care.
The role will involve key responsibilities such as creating and managing email campaigns, taking calls from customers and operatives and escalating any problems correctly, building rapport with customers and managing accounts, overseeing and managing any day to day work, and general office and admin tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have good spreadsheet knowledge and database entry, previous experience in an office administrator role, be computer literate, have excellent attention to detail, be organised and able to multitask.
