We have an extremely exciting opportunity for someone to join our business and take on the role of Operations & Office Manager at our recruitment agency based in Wokingham.
This is a varied role that encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including spearheading vital internal functions such as Compliance, HR, Operations, Office Management, and Finance.
This person will report to the Finance Director and will have 2 direct reports – Talent Acquisition and Marketing Manager. The team of direct reports will likely grow with the business.
Experience within recruitment is desirable as knowing the inner workings of a recruitment agency will be very beneficial, however we will of course provide training for any gaps.
