Operations and Maintenance Administrative Assistant
Here's what you'll be doing
Right now, we're looking for an Operations and Maintenance Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support within B2B Solutions. This role offers a great opportunity to build knowledge within the energy industry. You will have excellent planning and organisational skills and as such you will have the ability to prioritise your own workload. This role is based at Trinity – Nottingham and offers hybrid working.
Key responsibilities include
- Scheduling work for PV Engineers.
- Raising invoices using SAP and an internal portal system.
- Maintain and store documents and records as appropriate and according to the established procedures.
- Filing / scanning / generating letters as required.
- Outgoing and ingoing calls to customers.
- Update and ensure the accuracy of the systems, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff as necessary.
- Scheduling appointments and travel arrangements.
What we need from you
- Experience with SAP accounting package.
- Organisation and planning to provide services within defined timescales.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish long term business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience within Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
It would be great if you had
- Energy Industry knowledge / experience.
- An understanding of budget control and reporting requirements.
