Job description

Field Care Supervisor/Care Quality Manager - 12 month maternity cover

We are a family run business which very much cares about the quality of care we deliver. We are seeking a experienced individual to join our excellent Ripley management team and enhance the quality of our service.

The role of Field Care Supervisor (which we call Care Quality Manager (‘CQM’) is a crucial part of the management team at each Avanti Homecare site.

Their job is to:

  • Go out and visit all our clients each month to get feedback on how they are feeling and see if there is anything more we could do for them

  • Report to the Registered Manager on any areas of concern
  • Identify and support any of our carers who may need additional training to ensure they can provide top quality care.

We would like our CQMs to bring ideas to the role and shape it to meet these outcomes. We have a structure in place to ensure that all clients and carers are visited regularly and that certain minimum checks are performed on each visit. Outside of this the CQM should do whatever they feel necessary to ensure the best quality care is being provided to all of our service users.
