The Craft Irish Whisky Co. is looking for an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to join our team in our London office, with immediate effect. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and self-driven candidate to join a rapidly growing and dynamic company where you will have the opportunity to forge your own path and play an integral role in its growth.

The successful Operations & Logistics Executive’s duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve a high-performing outbound shipping program from the UK and Ireland to our clients globally.
- Create and manage all admin regarding deliveries - this includes liaising with customs and shipping companies.
- Dispatch reports.
- Liasing with the accounts department to recognise sales and distribution.
- Maintain excellent relationships with all distribution partners.
- Ensure delivery is fulfilled to the highest standard.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain quality control procedures.
- Manage all movement of product from and within Ireland.
Key skills and competencies:
- You understand shipping and customs processes.
- Knowledge of import / export of goods, in particular alcohol.
- Experience in operations within the alcohol industry is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail in Quality Control.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and respond to changing scenarios.
- Ability and willingness to take responsibility for projects from start to finish.
- Experience in crisis management and the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt with ease to changing situations in this fast paced environment.
- Proven experience in international shipping.
- Experience in courier relationship management.
- Commercial understanding with the ability to create solutions & strategies that place the customer journey at the forefront of every decision.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- Richmond: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Logistics: 3 years (preferred)
