We’re an online supermarket for French foods and groceries. Well, at least that’s where we’re starting. Our big idea is to radically reshape grocery and make French foods accessible from anywhere in the UK.
Our project consists in building offerings that respond to a huge underserved market to conquer in the UK. Hence, we are looking for teammates with strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurship, self-confident and highly motivated to work in an open environment without boundaries
Position overview
If you are results-driven, if you are motivated with logical thinking skills, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Logistics intern to achieve and exceed customers’ expectations and take a lead role in the day-to-day operations within our warehouse and logistics team. Your ultimate goal is to help grow our brand’s influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Reception and optimization of storage and storage area
- Management of goods delivery by suppliers
- Preparation and orders shipment
- Ensure that all customer orders are delivered in the most cost effective and efficient manner
- Coordinate and track order movement shipments
- Order deliveries
- Maintaining safety standards by carrying out audits
- Inventory management
- Customer relationship management
Basic requirements:
- You are currently working towards a 2+ year-university degree in logistics, supply chain, production, engineering or a related field.
- You are well-organised, analytical, proactive and customer-driven.
- Experience of working as part of a team whilst demonstrating clear capabilities of working independently
- Ability to prioritise deadlines whilst working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Some knowledge of French would be a plus
