We support organisations through massive culture change, helping them to build comprehensive, strategic and systematic workplace wellbeing strategies that answer the specific needs of their workforce.
We are looking for a self motivated and goal focused individual with a strong growth mindset to join our fast-paced remote consultancy. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and Client Project Manager as Operations and Client Support
This is a dynamic role for someone who likes to get involved and take on new challenges. You will have strong initiative, accountability, be process orientated, and be a problem solver with excellent communication skills.
This role will include general admin work and there is the possibility of branching out into other areas of our operations for the right candidate.
Client Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager with daily client management tasks including:
- Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
- Draft and send emails to clients as necessary, including updates, requests, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations for client meetings and communications.
- Ensure documents are accurate, well-organised, and meet company standards.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including setting up meeting times and sending invitations.
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them to clients and team members.
- Attend client meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting summaries and action items.
- Manage client project timelines and tasks in Excel and ClickUp
Operations Responsibilities:
Support the Operations Manager with the efficient running of day-to-day operations, including:
- Organising and maintaining our digital collaborative systems, including Sharepoint and ClickUp
- Assist in the build of client extranets using our custom Sharepoint templates
- Assisting clients with technical support queries and finding resolutions
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing the Team meetings, taking notes and recording and monitoring actions
To be a best fit for this project, we are looking for:
- Fluent/Native command of the English language.
- Willing to commit to a long term project (2 years)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Super organisational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Sharepoint, Powerpoint and Word
- Process orientated
- Extremely versatile in using digital tools and systems
- Additional skills are an advantage
