The role of Operations Analyst is to work as part of the operations team supporting the business to meet service level agreements and provide outstanding customer service, to both our internal and external clients. The Operations Support role works closely with the Santander Invoice Finance front office-based colleagues with sales and client support for all invoice finance lines, including new client onboarding and in life amendments.
The difference you’ll make:
Understanding the Santander invoice finance product and offering.
Supporting new clients to have a positive and efficient onboarding experience and help existing clients within life changes.
Completing client take on calculations and subsequent monthly reconciliations to meet terms of client’s facility.
Ensuring query responses for clients and Santander colleagues are processed in a timely manner.
Self-managing – to ensure key team and Invoice Finance Services SLA’s are met.
Demonstrating resilience, personal commitment, and Santander values to the success of Invoice Finance Service deliverables in all interactions.
What you’ll bring.
Strong technical skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Experience in corporate background with an excellent knowledge of this areas.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience of invoice finance reconciliations, supported by good overall invoice finance knowledge.
Ability to follow set agreed processes to perform detailed analysis using multiple data sources and translate into set reconciliation processes.
Ability to communicate to all levels within Santander and our client base to provide excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn and adopt use of a wide range of bespoke invoice finance operating systems and processes.
