As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will manage day-to-day sales and business operations projects that support many facets of the business including sales, marketing and customer support. You will be responsible for providing data and reports lending to the lead management processes, territory management and analysis and process efficiencies and data management that support the organization in new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and proficient knowledge of CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.com working in a fast paced environment, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in dataset management in Excel/Google Sheets.
What You’ll Do
Manage and prioritize inbound projects and requests assigned to the business operations team.
Monitor, audit and maintain the data universe to ensure prospect list accuracy and information richness. (e.g. correctly identify group account status, properly mapping inventory, OEM affiliations, ensuring accurate contact).
Maintain data accuracy and sales potential setting, capture and supply requests for data to be added, removed or edited from Salesforce, and ensure all prospects have accurate and complete account team information.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, conduct territory analysis and alignment, and manage lead and account assignment.
Support the Director of Sales Operations with providing data and reports giving insights on account prioritization and revenue potential target setting for all current accounts and prospects.
What We’re Looking For
Salesforce CRM platform experience
Strong knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet platforms
Must have a strong analytical background and have the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
Bonus Points
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1-3 years sales operations experience
Experience working in a B2B Customer Service environment
Proficient Salesforce knowledge or Salesforce certification
