As an Operations Analyst within Payments COE you will be working as a team in delivering agreed service levels for internal and external customers, with a focus on project implementation, quality, risk reduction and BAU support.
You’ll be predominantly deal with Chaps and International payment processes, including reissuing of transactions, identification of exceptions and being responsible for reconciliation activity that takes place on the team.

Processing and administering of payments and reconciliations and dealing with payment related enquiries from customers
Supporting the operation by ensuring that all industry, regulatory and contractual SLA’s are met and exceeded on a regular basis
Resolving queries and issues and identifying those that require escalation as appropriate
Collaborating with internal departments, stakeholders and foreign institutions to protect the bank and it’s customers
Delivering a high quality, flexible customer service which maximises customer satisfaction and consistently reinforces the strength of the Company brand
What you’ll bring.
· A strong payment’s knowledge, particularly of CHAPS and International schemes
· An excellent team worker, with a ‘Can Do’, flexible approach to ensure the needs of the business are met across different work streams, also with the ability to work independently and to own initiative
· The ability to quickly learn to navigate around multiple systems, such as Partenon.

· Microsoft Products proficiency
· Risk experience
· Data Analysis
What else you need to know.
Dual Location, working from home, visiting the office 2 days per month
Team shift pattern can be between 0600-1930 but mainly between 0900-1800 on a shift basis
