What you will be doing...
Junior Overseas Operations Analyst, based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre.
Reporting to the Overseas Operations – Systems & MI Manager, our Junior Overseas Operations Analyst will Take Responsibility for gathering Management Information (MI) requirements and creating/developing MI solutions with a focus on MI Visualisations. The role will include maintaining current Management Information, Data Analysis, and data process improvements.

The role will include maintaining current Management Information, Data Analysis, and data process improvements.
What will you be doing?
- Development and creation of Management Information Visualisations (mainly using Tableau Software)
- Requirements gathering – both individual end users and workshop focused
- Producing and deployment of accurate and timely information reports
- Develop and maintain end-user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?
We are looking for a data-oriented person who has great attention to detail and a drive to provide exceptional service levels. You will also have: -
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Experience of creating and maintaining data models to ensure accurate capture of data which can then be used for MI Visualisations and process improvements
