The Boeing Defence UK are looking for Operational Analysts!
The Boeing Portal in Fleet, Hampshire houses the Strategic Experimentation & Analysis team whose role is to conduct Operations Analysis, Simulation and Modelling in support of Boeing UK and Europe. The purpose of the role is to work within an established team of Operational Analysts with experience in the Air, Maritime, Land, Cyber and Space domains, to deliver independent, focused and defensible analysis on behalf of European governments and National Defence requirements.

- Use of Operational Research:

Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
The Operations Analyst is also required to perform the following:
- Learn and apply Project Management Best Practices to ensure Operational Analysis tasks and Campaigns are completed on time, to budget and at the agreed quality.
- Support the delivery, alongside senior analysts, of stakeholder management meetings and seminars, including the exploitation of Operational Research concepts such as Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis to capture decision support data.
- Support the preparation and participation of briefings to internal and external customers.
- Represent BDUK (in areas of domain expertise) at various internal and external events/conferences at Boeing sites and University events.
Desirable Experience:
- Broad knowledge or interest in the UK military and security domain from a strategic to tactical level
- Broad knowledge or interest in the UK’s Other Government Departments.
- Strong graphic skills or design media skills for the preparation of presentations
