T Brown Group are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Servicing team. This will be based at our Croydon Office.
- £28,000 per Annum
- 33 days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holiday)
- Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm

What you will be doing….
- Provide residents with information and support at all stages of service, repairs or install works.
- Liaise with clients, residents and engineers in a professional and supportive manner
- Maintain administration processes and procedures in line with company processes and regulations
- ·To work with the Field Operation Manager in identifying issues ensuring solutions and improvements are captured and driven forward within improvement plans.
- KPI reporting and measurement/reporting analysis to include service call analysis and management.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Field Operation Manager.
What do you need?
The successful Operational Support Administrator will be able to provide support and information in an organised and timely manner at all stages of works. To be successful you will need to have excellent written and oral communication skills with a willingness to help.
