You will be required to attend our office in Welwyn Garden City 3 days a week.
The first round of interviews will take place towards the end of August.
Job Title: Sales & Operations Administrator (Fixed Term Contract – 6 months)
Reports to: Business Director – Motorsport Travel Destinations
Purpose of the Role: Support the administration & fulfilment of all sales and assist in the delivery of two headline events
Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist in the success of our events from the initial contact to the final delivery of the booking
- Manage the Zendesk (customer service) portal to ensure all emails are responded to in the appropriate time frame
- Provide administrative support to the team including assisting in making and modifying bookings with component providers such as ferry suppliers
- Begin reservations and create bookings as required
- Reserve event tickets/transport bookings/accommodation for customers
- Collect customer payments, send booking confirmations, holiday itineraries, and receipts
- Assist Operations Executive in delivery of and fulfilment of customer orders
- Assist Operations Executive in delivery & execution of all events
- Assist in on-site event delivery
- Meet customers on-site and ensure the delivery of customer expectations
- Attend trade shows, familiarisation trips and supplier visits as directed
