Hexarad is an exciting teleradiology scale-up on a mission to create excellence in medical imaging. This is a unique opportunity for an Operations Administrator to grow with us as we scale and operate a 24 hour service. You will be working as part of the operations team to deliver round-the-clock patient care (think 24 hours in A+E, ER etc!), but will have regular meetings and access to all levels of the senior management team. We are on the road to rapidly expand and offer new innovative solutions within teleradiology.
The post holder will work in a full-time role with a commitment of 40 hours per week working in a shift based pattern 7 days a week. This is a remote role and you will be working from home.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an operations administrator you will work within the operations teams within the business. You will be responsible for :
- Swiftly responding to emails from customers and ensure that we maintain a very high level of customer service
- Using our proprietary products to assist you, to assign radiology examinations to radiologists (senior doctors) on our IT systems
- To help the radiologists troubleshoot any problems with these radiology examinations (missing information etc)
- To manipulate volumes of data in order to undertake elements of assigning and customer liaison.
- To work closely within the operations team to ensure that the right scan is sent to the right radiologist at the right time to ensure that patients get the right doctor reporting their scan without any untoward delay.

- You have experience working in operations ideally in a healthcare setting
- You have a strong interest in patients – you want to help people
- You are highly organised and reliable with a strong work ethic
- You are cool under pressure and have a logical, practical approach to problem solving
- You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders. You can quickly build strong professional relationships centred on trust

The interview consists of three stages; successful candidates will be invited to stage 2 and 3 accordingly. We endeavour to complete all three stages within 10 working days where possible.
Stage 1: 10 minutes. Brief screening call with our HR team to ensure you meet minimum requirements.
Stage 2: 20 minutes. Discussion centred on your skills, what the job entails and your values and alignment with Hexarad. Remote video.
Stage 3: 90 minutes Remote video. Meeting the operations team, spending time understanding what the job actually entails.
