Our Northampton site are now recruiting for an Operations Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £24,150 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday (09:00am – 17:00pm)


Job Description


The purpose of an Operations Administrator is to support the day to day site operation through general site and compliance activities. Offering outstanding and organised support in a friendly environment and providing a helpful service.


Key Duties of an Operations Administrator:


  • Allocation of booking slots according to the warehouse plan and provision of booking references to hauliers.
  • Timely and accurate completion of Goods In schedule with client’s specification.
  • Creation and modification of pre advise documents for inbound loads and returned stock.
  • Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure.
  • Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note.
  • Investigate source of returned product.
  • Process cross docked load / paperwork.
  • Creation of Goods In non-conformance reports.
  • Manage and process customer Proof of Delivery.
  • Ensuring all client queries are managed in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Qualifications
  • Experience of working in an administrative team in a logistics / warehouse environment.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Develops and drives best practice in all aspects of performance.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
