about the role

As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the wider Employee Support department in ensuring that all worker information is processed in line with our Service Level Agreements and that a consistently high level of service is provided.

Your ultimate objective is to ensure that all worker information provided either by clients or internally is processed accurately and in adherence to all of the relevant compliance checks, both internally and in keeping with industry requirements..

about you

Ideally, you will have a business related degree or at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

You have great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience and strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence.

Proficient in Microsoft office Knowledge or experience of live chat
