Who will I be supporting?
- You will be supporting 5 people who live in the Taunton area to live their lives independently
- The people we support enjoy trips into town, going shopping, visiting their families and going to church
- Keen gardeners VERY welcome - Their home has a huge garden that would be great for growing veg and plants which the people we support would love to get involved in.
What will I be doing?
- You will be supporting people to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their personal goals
- The people we support would like some support with their medication, organising and attending their health appointments, and preparing meals and personal care.
- You will also be providing emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance when needed
What shifts are available?
- Morning support hours start at 7am - 2.30pm and then afternoon support hours are 2.30pm -10pm
- We’re looking for people with the flexibility to work on a rota basis across weekdays and weekends
- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work / life balance - something we're really passionate about!
