Working Hours: 07:00-19:00, 4 on 4 off
Salary: £23,000 + £3,000 shift allowance
What Will You Be Doing?
As an Operations Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient distribution of aircraft spares worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
Shipping Document Preparation: Preparing accurate shipping documents for the distribution and export of aircraft spares to various destinations globally.
- Operating Systems: Updating and utilising various operating systems to facilitate seamless workflow and data management.
- Data Upload Assistance: Assisting with data uploads to maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Servicing Collecting Agents: Providing excellent service to collecting agents upon their arrival, ensuring a smooth handover of goods.
About You:
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:
Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong mathematical skills to accurately handle calculations and data analysis.
- Exports and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in exports and customer service is preferred, demonstrating your ability to handle international logistics and provide exceptional customer support.
