Im currentlylooking for a Warehouse Supervisor for warehouses based in Birmingham B461AL HAMS HALL
Looking for someone with previous experience and own transport due to the locations.
Summary of Role Supervise the Warehouse Operation with direct responsibility for a team of people.
Supervise all resource requirements (to include, but not limited to people, machinery, systems) within allocated department.
Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on a continuous basis as set by the Operations Management team, and in line with Company and Client requirements.
Develop and maintain effective communication across all teams and/or shifts within the Warehouse Operation.
Train and continuously develop all operatives within the team to ensure a proficient, multi-skilled workforce.
Monitor and improve warehouse processes and procedures where applicable to ensure best practice and quality.
Key Responsibilities To adhere to all H&S responsibilities as outlined in Appendix A
To actively contribute and support the 6s and Six Sigma initiative to ensure the working environment is clean, tidy, and safe.
Plan the operation to meet all internal and external KPIs, in order to ensure client expectations are met.
Supervise allocated department(s) ensuring business needs are achieved.
Produce reports for Operations/Shift Managers as required and ensure effective handover between shifts.
Provide effective communication within the operation relating to operational issues as required.
Salary: 18.33£ PER HOUR
OV :27.49£ PER HOUR
Night shift 4on / 4off pattern 18.00-06.00
