Optama Renewables are a specialist renewables company based in Glasgow. Due to continued growth we have a fantastic new role for a Solar Operations Administrator to join our operations team based at our office in Glasgow. This person will work alongside our Head of Operations to manage the back office delivery of solar and battery installations. This dedicated role will support the delivery of 20 - 30 projects per month so must be a self starter and very well organised.
Although not a pre-requisite, it is highly desirable that the individual has experience in the solar sector.
Job Role
- Manage the installations diary, co-ordinating with customers and delivery teams.
- Collect cash from customers upon successful installation of their solar.
- Work alongside the Head of Operations on the delivery of solar and battery projects, dealing directly with customers.
- Work daily with sub contractors on the delivery of projects.
- Full ownership and management of the back office MCS process to ensure compliance, utilising EasyMCS software.
- Work alongside our sales team to provide sales support, allowing the renewables sales team to focus on deal conversion.
- In house project management to communicate to, and guide the customer through the installation from initial sale through to commissioning.
- Take full ownership for getting positive customer reviews
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
