XP Property is an award-winning property development and investment company operating in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and London on projects between £2m-£10m Gross development value. We have grown dramatically since being established in 2018 and deliver a mixture of residential, commercial and land developments.
In the past two years we have won “Property Deal of the Year” and “Best small HMO of the year” at the UK’s Property Investor Awards and we’re looking for a high-performance business manager to join the team to help manage the back office and make the business even better!
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with relevant experience in the property industry who is multi-skilled across the board and loves the variety of a fast paced ambitious business. The team already consists of the two Founders, a Technical Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Land Assistant, and a Marketing Assistant. Our current Business Manager is moving to another role after 2.5 years of working with us.
XP Property is part of an eco-system of 3 other businesses run by the two founders Ben Richards and Jack Jiggens. These include an award winning architecture practice, a measured building surveying practice and a award winning rental portfolio company. We have a team of 25 across the businesses and a very ‘family’ orientated atmosphere that facilitates high achievement and a sense of comradery .
The purpose of this role is to provide the administrative and back-office support to the two directors and wider team, making sure the business operations are supported with proactive and reactive input, diligently and quickly.

Main Duties:
- Office Management - Google-Drive and paper filing, coordination of office re-stocking, cleaning, supplies
- Managing email inboxes
- General Bookkeeping (in conjunction with out-sourced accounting team) - internal filing and management of invoicing through XERO accounting software
- Legal assistance - forms to be filled, chasing of documents, printing/signing of documents
- Events coordination - Networking opportunities, XP Boardroom groups, investor meetings, site open days
- Creating Presentations to Help with Investor relations
- General PA Duties for the 2x Directors
- Marketing input - working with our marketing assistant and Directors, leading monthly and bimonthly newsletters
- Diary Management - Staff holidays, Site visits (clients, contractors and consultants)
- HR - Collation of contractual docs, help with JD’s and advertisements, coordination of reviews
- Utilities co-ordination for rental portfolio
- Manage CRM database
- Weekly team meetings / growth strategy contribution
Essentials:
- Must be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office, flexible working can be discussed at interview stage
- Must be able to drive

- Technologically savvy with good working knowledge in Google Suite preferable
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
