An opportunity has arisen for admin support within the Case Management, Children in Care & Care Leavers Admin Team in Children’s Services.
If you have good IT skills including Microsoft office, have basic numeracy and literacy skills, are accurate and organised and would like some training and experience in general administration work this would be a great opportunity for you! You will be tasked with telephone duties, taking minutes of meetings, use of spreadsheets, and general admin/finance work including cash handling. You should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.
You do not need qualifications to do these jobs but you do need to be hard working, proactive and be prepared to learn new skills. You will be joining a friendly team of people in providing an excellent service across Children’s Services.
