We are currently looking for an Operational Start-Up Lead to working within the CAPEX project team. As Operational Start-Up Lead you will ensure vertical start-up and sustained performance, by proper preparation and leadership of the start-up phase.

A day in the life of an Operational Start-Up Lead
- In project design phase, assisting in the User Requirement Specifications development by identifying local site operational constraints.
- Coordinate product/process permits & licenses with the project manager, quality manager and the regulatory team.
- Coordinate/manage the staffing and training process, e.g. conducting the TT&T program
- Coordinate the Raw/Pack/consumables materials availability and production planning during start-up phase
- Develop and manage master start-up plan for commissioning, qualification and verification phase, designed to achieve a vertical start-up with sustained performance.
- During project Start-up phase, coordinate/manage operational team and ensure product, equipment, line and site certifications are completed on time
- Maximise the reliability of the project on the long term, ensuring the right standards are in place
- Ensure a proactive and effective handover of the project to the operational team including the final Manufacturing dossier (MD).
What will make you successful
- Proven experience in a production leadership, as production manager or line supervisor
- Experience as with TPM AM or PM pillar
- Production planning process and project management knowledge
- Proven experience of manufacturing projects (e.g. product specialist, process engineer, application group)
- Highly developed ability to maintain a safe working environment through proper housekeeping with safety practices
- Highly developed ability to train, to coach people in collaboration with Factory HR
- Highly developed ability to ensure working relationships are harmonious and are focused on achieving common objectives.
- An ability to ensure the vertical start up following the early management methodology
