What you'll do: As part of the continuing maturity of Sky’s risk function, we are seeking an analyst to run our operational risk programme and help deliver associated training. You will be reporting directly to the Director Group of Operational Risk. This is an important role that offers significant scope for an individual to raise their visibility in the business Working to the Director of Operational Risk to help manage business risks effectively Maintain a real time understanding of key risks from analysis of internal and external data to identify changes and emerging risks Maintain a corporate wide system for simply collating and aggregating risks Work with the business areas to quantify and document the major cooperate risks and their mitigations plans. Help Risk Champions understand and fulfil their roles within the business Help develop and roll out a streamlined group wide reporting system for business areas to identify and manage their local risks while Help consolidating data on major corporate risks to give the Group Executives a complete picture Ensure Sky’s core operational risk function continues to innovate and evolve to meet the changing needs of our business and customers. Maintain a proactive approach to risk by collaborating closely with business and threat intelligence teams to stay ahead of potential risks. What you'll bring: You can work as part of a diverse and inclusive team of highly competent subject matter experts and leaders. You have a proactive outlook, able to look ahead and sot opportunities You have an understanding of risk, the value it adds, its relationship with other risk-based fields like security, health and safety and threat intelligence. You have a passion for making a difference – particularly for customers and our People. You can communicate clearly and present complex issues and ideas with precision and clarity, adjusting appropriately for the audience; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
