The mission of the Electronic Communications Team is to facilitate the governance of electronic communications systems within the Bank. You will be part of a team that is an essential central governance function in which the primary remit is to ensure applications are compliant with policies required by key control functional areas. In this role you will work closely with multiple technology teams to ensure applications meet requirements identified by control groups.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work with Information Technology application owners and contacts to review electronic communication functionality to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Assist with contacts to address requirements related to retention for applications under review
  • Document information and solutions implemented to meet retention requirements
  • Review information relating to applications with stakeholders in preparation of review
  • Work with application owners and contacts to track progress of mitigation activities identified during reviews

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in the use/support of electronic communications within the Financial Services industry
  • Experience working across technology organisations for the implementation and/or remediation of functionality required to meet regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
