At Prominent Education, part of the Xinlung Group, we help students to achieve their goals through a series of services, including online tuition, group classes and educational content creation. Prominent Education is looking to run an online storytelling class for our international students once a week.

We are looking for a Storyteller Instructor who possesses the following qualities:

• Ability to read, tell, and vocally animate stories in a dynamic, funny, and interactive way.
• Proficiency in incorporating music, instrumental music, and visuals to enhance storytelling experiences.
• Passion for working and interacting with children and parents.
• Excellent social skills.
• Ideal candidates include art and drama students or individuals with experience as children's storytellers.
• Please only apply if you have a background in Drama/ Performing Arts or another related field.
• Any experience in education is desirable.

Duties:

As a Storyteller Instructor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging storytelling sessions for children aged 1 to 7 years old in our class.
• Reading and telling stories in a captivating and interactive manner.
• Incorporating music, instrumental music, and visuals to enhance the storytelling experience.
• Encouraging active participation and interaction from both children and parents.
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters imagination and a love for storytelling.
• Promoting the class through social media and flyers to increase attendance

Goals:

As our Storyteller Instructor, your primary goals will be to:

• Spark children's imagination and curiosity through vibrant and entertaining storytelling sessions.
• Instil a love for reading and storytelling at an early age.
• Foster a sense of cultural appreciation by including stories from diverse backgrounds.
• Create a memorable and enjoyable experience for both children and parents attending the class.
