Job description

We are looking for a remote sales rep, who is motivated by sales and can help our company grow uptake of dental treatments.

No dental experience is needed, but a confident attitude and a willingness to be on virtual consults with customers is required. We are rapidly growing so we need someone who wishes to be part of an fast growing company and a career move.

The goal is to generate a sales, which are warm and booked in by our team to learn more about our product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Making 40-60 calls per day to build and manage lead development pipeline
• Prospect into multiple organisations via tele-prospecting, email and social media selling.
• Articulate the company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.
• Achieve or exceed goal sales qualified lead's SQLs on a monthly basis
• Prospecting new leads and accounts using existing databases and phone calls
• Working with leads to convert them into partners. This involves sending through pricing and test specifications, arranging calls and conferences with the company decision makers to explain the benefits of our services
• Plan and organise your own diary to achieve sales and activity targets set by the company

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling
• Monitor and utilise all relevant promotional literature as part of the sales process
• Demonstrates an ability to quickly understand business and sales processes
• Intellectually curious and strives to continuously improve business acumen
• Studies cutting edge sales and marketing activities across channels
• Experience in a sales or customer facing environment is preferable
• A real desire to challenge yourself to succeed and exceed targets

Salary: £25,000 + £3,000 performance bonus
