Job Purpose:
- Create inspirational listings each day
- Maximise the potential revenue from donated products and identify high value
- Supervise listing team to ensure KPI's are met on a daily basis
- Drive overall sales performance in line with E-Commerce budgets
- Demonstrate good stewardship of Barnardo's revenue through tight controls
- Responsible for the lister team hitting their listing and sales targets
