This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to help drive the growth of Online Education at the University of Aberdeen – a top 20 University in the UK and top 200 in the world.

Over the past five years, the University of Aberdeen has significantly grown its portfolio of fully online programmes and courses with these being promoted through the University’s sector-leading On-demand Learning site. Online education is now an increasingly important part of the University’s teaching portfolio. With the goal of increasing awareness of Online Education and the diverse portfolio of programmes and courses on offer, the new Online Education Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role helping drive the growth of the University’s online learning population, using creativity, commercial know-how and strategic thinking to maximise marketing opportunities for a variety of audiences, develop the brand, and build partnerships. With excellent communication and relationship-building skills, the Online Education Marketing Manager will work consultatively with a variety of internal teams and subject matter experts internally; while also proactively managing partners and businesses externally, building a long-term strategy for business engagement with online education.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 7 scale (£43,414 - £51,805 pro rata) with placement according to qualifications and experience. This post is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. Please indicate your preference in your covering letter.
