About The Role
RAC have an exciting 6 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity for Customer Communication Specialists to join our Specialist Care Team in Bescot, Walsall.
As a customer communication specialist in the Specialist Care Team you will provide an efficient, responsive and high quality telephony service to all customers, ensuring accuracy and compliancy to scheme contractual agreements. You will be delivering effective communication to internal and external customers.
Shifts patterns - Full time 35 Hours between 6am-10pm
Salary - £19382.77
What you'll do...
- Effectively communicate to our internal and external customers, our plans to resolve their situation and manage their experience through to completion.
- Have the ability to identify customer delays and find solutions to resolve
- Offer the best possible and cost effective solution
- Develop positive and value based relationships with all colleagues within Roadside Services
- Contribute to defined individual and team performance targets
- Constantly update and maintain product and skills based knowledge in order to provide inspirational service
