Online Dispatch Assistant, Bristol
2-3 full days, or 4 half days (9am – 1pm). Weekdays only.

The Main Aim of Your Role
We require a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our online team. You must be a committed team-player with a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach. Responsibilities will include order processing, packing and making our products look lovely for dispatch, and assisting with product uploads. The ability to work neatly at speed and manage your time are essential. Full training is provided, but we do expect applicants to have a certain level of competency and skills. There are many opportunities for career development for the right candidate.
Your Responsibilities
● Monitoring orders on Shopify, and affiliate sites Trouva and Garmentory.
● Processing all orders and returns within a specific time frame.
● Packing orders; wrapping items with excellent presentation.
● Monitoring ‘collect in store’ orders and cancelled orders.
● Stock control; transferring stock correctly for sales/returns.
● Organizing courier collections and returns; managing courier relations.
● Assisting with online customer service, responding to customer queries and complaints.
● Assisting with product uploads in house style.
● Assisting with product uploads, including writing descriptions and sourcing images.
● Other administrative work as required.
What We’re Looking For
- An organized team player.
- An eye for detail and excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work quickly and manage your time well.
- Experience with courier companies and international shipping.
- Knowledge of Shopify advantageous.
- Knowledge of Photoshop advantageous.
- Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment preferred, but not essential.
- A ‘can do’ attitude at all times.

● Starting salary £7.49 – 10.42 per hour, with scope for progression.
