Due to ongoing expansion, our Purchasing Marketing Team are now looking to hire an Online Design Administrator to create and maintain assets and content across all Lidl GB owned digital properties, including the Lidl.co.uk website, Lidl app, Lidl Plus app, newsletter, additional microsites and online advertising.

We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. What you'll do
- Support the Design Officer with the asset creation, design, template management and newsletter creation for all requested Lidl properties and further supporting with the broadcast of newsletters to the chosen database (e.g. Salesforce).
- Design and upload content for the homepage, offer-pages, and additional web-pages in accordance with regular weekly deadlines
- Responsible for uploading weekly product lists to the catalog, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate in line with product information tools (APT, Depot Memo, Runner)
- Create product images for entry into the Content Management System (CMS), aligning with the weekly runner and depot memo documents.
- Support the Design Officer in designing and maintaining all editorial pages across the Lidl.co.uk website, in line with the creative theme led by the brand house style guide.
- Track internal approvals relating to online product information and monitoring price changes on weekly basis
- Liaising with other advertising departments to ensure all published information is aligned with advertising strategy.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years professional experience in an Online Design function
- Experience using the Adobe creative suite and creating email newsletters would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent team player with a collaborative approach to working
- Process-driven with a great attention to detail
