Role: Online Customer Services Executive
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30pm, with occasional weekend work
Location: Home based 3 days a week, plus Bournemouth office (not a showroom) 2 days a week

Our head office is in Bournemouth and as an online business all customer service contact will be through our online portal and occasionally the telephone.
Job Description:
We are seeking a self-starting individual to assist our friendly and professional personal shopping team to deliver a best in class online customer experience. In this role you must be confident working on a computer full time and to manage your workload, and you will provide administrative support to the online Personal Shopping team. You will help the team process furniture orders, track deliveries and returns. You will also help resolve customer queries and ordering issues, as well as enter products and adjust pricing of products in our database. You will need to be a master of multi-tasking, be a self-directed problem solver and have excellent attention to detail.
There will be an opportunity to be promoted once this role has been mastered.
Specifically:
- Manage customer tracking on furniture orders
- Assist in placing furniture orders during busy periods
- Proactively order customer samples for large ticket items
- Enter products into our database
- Save invoices and log refund requests
- Assist interior designers with queries and placing orders
- Make sure pricing in customer baskets is accurate
Experience/qualifications/skills/attributes:
- Online Retail experience preferred
- Proven experience managing workload digitally
- A-level or equivalent qualifications
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail/docs etc)
- Must be in commuting distance of BH7 postcode for 2 days a week.
- A self-starter and team player with a positive attitude
- A natural, confident and friendly communicator (both verbal and written)
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Interested in design or the creative industry
- Keen to learn and stretch yourself
- Ability to problem solve and make practical decisions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
