We are tauntonleisure.com, an independent retailer selling quality outdoor equipment and clothing online and through our Amazon & eBay stores. Shipping brands like Rab, The North Face, Patagonia and more. We also have 3 physical stores in Taunton, Exeter & Bristol. We've been in business for over 40 years.
We pride ourselves on great service and have a vacancy for an additional Online Customer Service Agent to help deliver that. The role is working in person at our friendly offices in TA1, 5 mins walk from the centre of town.
Full training is provided, the most important attributes a successful candidate must have are good communication, competent IT ability, willingness to learn new skills and ideally an interest in sports / outdoor activity or lifestyle. If you camp / climb / hike / travel / cycle tour or anything else in between you'll speak the same language as our customers.
The role is permanent (after a successful probation period) and is for between 20 and 37.5 hours a week Mon - Fri. Hours to be worked between 9am - 5pm, this is flexible for the right candidate from a part time schedule to a full time role. Want to work a little less or a little more?
