Dolphin has a position open for a Operations Manager / Planner. Dolphin has been in business for 52 years and is an Asset Based Carrier. Serving the Pacific Northwest with Dry Van and Reefers, applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a related field.

Job Description:

• Maximizing Truck Capacity
• Efficiently coordinate shipments with drivers
• Working closely with Customers and Drivers
• Managing essential paperwork
• Cross Border Shipments experience
• Creating positive customer relationships
• Negotiate rates
• Must have market knowledge
• Strong Communication skills
• Must be self motivated, high energy and thrive under pressure
• Requirement:
• Experience on Load link
• Truckmate experience
• Minimum 1 year experience with ACI-Manifest (Cross Border), and have knowledge of Lower Mainland and USA
• Ability to work flexible schedule when needed
• Answering after hour calls is a MUST

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
