My client is a world famous luxury brand with a huge celebrity following!! A super new opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to join the team....This is an extremely rare opportunity as it is a Monday-Friday role as it is based in their Head Office!
The role is also both Hybrid and office based once you have finished training!!!
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Customer care in a Head Office environment and ideally have Zendesk.

Role and responsibilities:
- advising on the phone to high end clientele
- Based in Head office in central London
- Will be advising customers on purchases by phone, email and live chat
- events and parties
Skills:
- 2 plus years in luxury Customer Care.
- Zendesk would be a plus
