Position: Temporary Online Customer Service Advisor (7 month Fixed term contract)
Salary: £21,255
Location: Stafford office and weekend working from home
Shift Pattern: Wednesday-Sunday 37.5 hours
Wednesday 9:00 to 17:30
Thursday 9:00 to 17:30
Friday 9:00 to 17:30
Saturday 8:00 to 16.30
Sunday 9:00 to 17.30
Working from home Saturday and Sunday (all equipment provided for both office and remote working)

The Role
You will be responsible for communicating with members online, keeping them up to date and providing information about their account, transactions or payment information. This is all done over various social media platforms and email.
We will provide all the training you will need helping you work in a timely manner and demonstrate good problem solving and customer service skills. And bonus, this is all done online, we are not a call centre environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer support queries via email-
Taking responsibility for all received queries

Troubleshooting all queries using a logical approach

Recognising any issues and alerting the line managers
Required Skills
Clear communicator – producing written communication that our members can understand-
Problem solver - have a logical approach to problem solving

Time Management Skills - after training you will be required to manage your own workloads, so ability to prioritise and work to deadlines is key.

Computer skills – Full training will be provided however basic knowledge of email systems would be beneficial
