As our Online Content Officer you’ll produce and develop high-quality content across our key digital channels which includes email, social media, our app and website. You’ll help us provide a constant and consistent presence and respond to trends in customer behaviour whilst supporting the delivery of our Customer Communication Strategy.

Reporting to our Customer Communications & Marketing Manager you’ll develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and accessibility. You’ll monitor our online presence and respond to reviews and customer enquires to resolve customer queries and protect the reputation of the organisation.

As the go to person for online content, you’ll have the opportunity to really influence in this space and ultimately make a difference to the lives of our customers. You’ll join a well-respected team of Comms professionals, who are committed to delivering the very best communications to our customers.

Our ideal candidate? We’re looking for someone who has significant experience of successfully planning, delivering and managing innovative and engaging campaigns. You’ll need a creative flair, a keen eye for detail and demonstrable evidence of communicating with a diverse audience in a large and complex organisation. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be able to confidently respond to sensitive and complex reviews in a public space.

As a Smart Working organisation you can expect a balance of working from our Birmingham, Bath Row office and from home – typically 2 days per week in the office, but this may vary depending on business need.
