Now at the early stages of internationalisation, and having secured a solid customer base in Ireland, we are poised to push out into mainland Europe and beyond.
We are looking for an Onboarding Team Member to join the Project Team. The Project Team provides first class communications with customers from on boarding, to completion and launch of their project

Key Responsibilities:
· Providing first class communications with customers from on boarding, to completion and launch of their project
· Monitoring that project aims, stages and timescales are adhered to
· Project planning and scheduling documentation
Essential
· Prior knowledge of retail businesses
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Able to work to deadlines
· Resilient and upbeat attitude
· A desire to see every job completed quickly and to a high standard, and the ability to push other colleagues to deliver on these goals.
· Passion for problem-solving
· Competent and confident with computers
Beneficial
· A keen interest in one or some of the following: Cycling, walking, climbing, horse riding, watersports or similar

With a background in hospitality and limited IT knowledge, applying for a position in the Onboarding Team for a software company was something I never saw myself doing! My previous experience in hospitality has helped hugely in this role, as I have been able to use my skills when speaking to customers, guiding them through the onboarding process.
The role is fast-paced, and it can be challenging juggling several customers at the same time. However, the Citrus-Lime team are excellent, and help is never far away, which has made growing into this new role so much easier. I look forward to my next chapter here at Citrus-Lime and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

Each day presents a wide variety of different tasks. I could be mentoring customers through the stages of their onboarding journey, crunching data in Excel, or talking to customers about how they want their new website to look and feel. Being able to multi-task and strong organisational skills certainly are essential for this role!
It’s really rewarding building strong relationships with customer and seeing projects through from the start all the way to completion.
My previous experience in hospitality, retail and the building merchant trade has helped me gain a broad range of customer service skills. I find it exciting to work in such a dynamic company, always adapting to our continuously improving software and passing that knowledge on to our new customers.
