ABOUT THE ROLE
ON VILLAGE PRICING ANALYST – This is a hybrid role, working from the office 2 days per week and 3 days per week homeworking
Up to £34,500 per annum, dependent upon experience
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team in the new role of On Village Pricing Analyst.
Reporting to the On Village Pricing Manager, this role will be responsible for the monitoring of demand trends across one or more of the Food & Beverage, Leisure Activities and Aqua Sana Spa divisions; making pricing recommendations to ensure the Company maximises revenue through the balance of rates and booking volumes.
The successful candidate will be flexible, self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience of working with Microsoft Excel and/or other data manipulation software is essential for this role. Strong numeracy skills and an analytical approach are also required.
This is a completely new role and is very likely to continue to evolve in the future as the team develops and expands.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest end time is 7pm.

ABOUT YOU
Essential requirements:
- Strong numeracy skills with an analytical approach and an ability to pick relevant details out of large amounts of information, showing strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate an ability to learn and understand complex equations and formulae
- Evidence of experience with Excel and/or other data manipulation software
- Commercially focussed
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of team
- Flexible and adaptable
- Self-Motivated
Desirable requirements:
- Degree level qualification in either business studies, mathematics or Tourism Management
- Experience in an analytical environment
- Experience working in a travel/ leisure environment
