Location: Hayley Sheffield – Worksop area
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 - 16.30
(Additional working hours may be required)
Main duties & responsibilities
As Onsite Support, you will be working at our customer’s site and acting as a complementary resource to their operations. This role will allow you to develop a great working relationship with our customers on site, by placing and progressing orders, assisting with requests, delivering products across the site, stock checking clients inventory and liaising with suppliers.
Other duties may include:
- Assisting with driving duties, including collections and deliveries.
- Providing efficient inventory management.
- Monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators.
- Fulfilment and maintenance of vending solutions.
- Assistance with the delivery of our contract and service terms in liaison with the branch team, technical specialists and account managers.
- Monitoring of stock levels, profiles, logistics and housekeeping.
Knowledge & Skills requirements
The ideal candidate will have following key skills:
- Experience of stock management and familiar with inventory systems.
- Good professional standard of communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Able to work independently.
- Dependable and able to manage time effectively.
- Flexible and able to multi-task – willing to undertake additional tasks in order to meet customer requirements.
Full training for the role will be provided.
