About the Role
We’re looking for somebody to help handle our current workload of artists, whilst being active in bringing in new business opportunities to expand the network of the company. This will include scouting artists for our writers to work with or potential production opportunities for our producers.

The ideal candidate would be someone who loves music but also possesses relevant managerial, marketing and administrative abilities.
The role will involve:
- Posting on socials on behalf of artists and making ads on
- Facebook Helping create roll-out plans
- Create and manage budgets
- Keeping on top of artist’s daily movements
- Artist calendar management
- Helping to book travel and accommodation
- Some gig attendance
- Administrative tasks
- The day-to-day management of artists, what they are doing, where they are going etc
- Dealing with journalists on phone and email,

Training to be Provided:
- In-house mentoring
- Level 3 Marketing Assistant
Things to consider:
The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role. You will work at OMG-MUSIC 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time.
Office attendance and some flexible working from home days.
