We are currently looking for as Recruiting Coordinator to join our Entry-Level Recruiting team, which specialises in recruiting Graduates and Interns into Oliver Wyman in London
The Opportunity:
As Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be supporting entry-level recruitment for the UK. The team is responsible for attracting and recruiting junior talent into both the Consulting track as well as our Specialist opportunities, through strategic initiatives across UK and European universities
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the summer internship programme, organising and attending recruiting events, organising assessment days and ensuring high quality candidate management throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Event planning and management
Attending recruitment events at target universities to promote Oliver Wyman opportunities
Event administration, including confirming attendees, preparing materials and briefing attendees
Preparing, reviewing and printing event materials in a timely manner
Preparing marketing materials to be distributed at universities to advertise events and opportunities
Assessment & Selection Administration
Co-hosting interview days - greet candidates, prepare interview rooms and provide interviewers and candidates with required information
Interview day administration – responsible for preparing interview day packs for both candidates and interviewers, along with other associated material
Scheduling interviews, including sending invitations to employees and candidates
Monitoring interviewer capacity and respond to any cancellations in an appropriate way
Ensuring candidate expenses are processed in a timely manner
Candidate management
- Management of the UK recruiting inbox, responding to emails in a timely manner
- Processing applications via online recruitment system in accordance with deadlines
Stakeholder management
Working closely with partners and consultants involved in recruiting
Liaising closely with Executive Assistant team to ensure clarity and smooth interview process.
Participating in team meetings and projects
Onboarding administration
Assisting with the offer process including preparing contracts
Ensuring all pre-joiner processes are completed in line with risk & compliance policies
Primary recruitment contact for other HC colleagues to update the new hire joiner pipeline and provide required information
Recruitment system updates
Maintaining/updating Recruiting IT system (Workday recruiter) and required databases to ensure accuracy of information for firm use
Who we are looking for:
Previous HR or Recruitment Administration experience is preferable, but strong administration experience from another sector will be considered
Data entry experience preferable
Your skills and attributes:
A flexible approach to meet current and future business needs
A good knowledge of relevant IT systems and Microsoft packages, particularly excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment
Be a proactive team player; contributing to overall team goals
Self-starter who has an appetite for learning and is driven to excel and grow
Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment
Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
Attention to detail and stickler for accuracy
