Haleon GB&I is looking for an individual with a forward thinking, innovative mindset to drive forward the Oral Health Portfolio and lead the Oral Health marketing team. Everyday health with humanity is not just a phrase but an embodiment of what this individual should stand for.

About the role
The GBI Oral Care Marketing Lead leads the Oral Care team and is responsible for the portfolio of brands, including Sensodyne (biggest brand within GBI) and Corsodyl (second biggest brand within GBI). Responsible for local brand strategy and execution to deliver sustainable growth across the portfolio, ensuring brand growth across prioritised and strategically important brands as defined and aligned with the Northern Europe Oral Care Category Lead.
This position will be pivotal in ensuring the Oral Care strategy is aligned with the Business Unit (BU) Oral Care Category lead and to ensure optimal execution and a feedback loop on competitor and local performance. The Oral Care Marketing lead needs to inspire performance across a team of 10, ensuring Haleon’s culture is role modelled and adopted across the organization supporting in-year performance to over deliver. You will support ideation of BU Oral Care innovation pipeline utilizing local insight and understanding and execute the innovation pipeline to deliver on innovation targets and ratio. You will drive the capability and development of the GBI Oral Care Marketing team, but also the wider GBI Marketing organization and drive capability across the BU via sharing of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver sales, share, profit, GM% and brand equity at least in line with plan
- To develop together with the BU the strategy of the brand, identify growth audiences and develop plans to drive penetration with the growth audiences. This should include thinking on how the plans grow category and brand using expert, shopper, consumer and across multiple trade channels
- To develop and implement holistic and connected media/activation plans in GB&I, ensuring a deep understanding of audience and what behavior change is required..
- To own the GBI Core Commercial Cycle and the performance of the brands and drive above plan plans across all brands.
- Working with the cross functional team & agency network, implement/adapt and if necessary, create assets and execute brilliantly
- To manage and deploy A&P spend with maximum accuracy and efficiency
- To be aware of category, brand and competitive landscape and performance and to lead response if required.
- Ensure in-year course correction if required on the brand.
- Ensure local insights are mined and used to develop and ideate the innovation pipeline with the BU and Global teams, while fulfilling GBI needs.
- Systematically reviews multiple data sources to track category, brand and competitor performances, proactively recommending course correction activities if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- University Degree with significant (8+ years) marketing and commercial experience essential. Digital and Data driven experience a must.
- Proven sustained performance delivering brand growth and health.
- Focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving, and drive to action in the face of adversity.
- Prior experience of strong influencing and collaboration skills, problem solving and conflict management skills.
- Experience of playing a key role in a high performing team environment, building strong relationships, high learning and performance agility.
- Experience in driving responsiveness and course correction of strategy or plans based on competitive dynamics as well as P&L requirements to deliver targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management which leverages cross-functional stakeholders and senior engagement.
- Experience in leading teams driving a capability and development mindset, while supporting BU talent pipeline development and succession for key roles.
